What an experience! It has been a really long time since I have had INCREDIBLE service like this! In the midst of organising my son's birthday - food, drinks, DJ, invitations, cake, decorations and alllll the other life admin, I totally forgot and left the key to the very last minute, I needed a key in 5 days and resigned myself to the fact that I had completely ruined an important moment of my son's 21st. After speaking to Ken and asking how quickly one could get done I was simply amazed. Everywhere else told me 2-3 months or at best 3 weeks. From getting the order in and the constant communication through the entire process right through to my typo on the delivery address... It was 24 hrs from start to finish and dispatch. The key arrived 2 days prior to the party and completed the whole 21st preparation. My son and his friends were in awe of the key once presented as was everyone who saw it. I implore EVERYONE looking for a 21st key o anything by these guys to go ahead and do it. They are OUTSTANDING! 10000000/10 recommend
