You can secure your Key with a $150 deposit, and we’ll start crafting it right away. This means your Key will be shipped the same day your final payment is completed.

We also offer the option to make weekly payments, understanding that this approach may work better for you.

Most other Keys and rectangle stands are mass-produced separately, leading to design mismatches. Keys often don’t fit properly, slide sideways, fall forward, or break due to offset designs. If you look closely at photos from others, you’ll notice the circle is rarely centered to the stand uprights or not connecting with the uprights because the Key isn't designed to fit the Stand, a clear design failure that still persists today if you study their photos.

"RED Days are FULLY BOOKED OUT DAYS, if the Birthday falls on a RED Day you need to order TODAY so that it can be ready on a current GREEN Day and allow extra days for delivery times and weekends."

Very Simple, if you need a Key on a RED Day, then it has to be ordered ASAP so that it can be Started on the next available GREEN Day and allowing plenty of time for Delivery, if you Ring, email or just place the order and Beg and Plead for us to "Just add your Key" on one of these RED Days then Sorry, we can't do, otherwise someone is going to miss out on their Key because we added your Key to our already demanding schedule.  Some Keys can take up to 10 hours to create so this makes it impossible to continually add New Keys to RED Days when Days are already Booked Out.  We hope you understand this.

We also Deliver each Day - Monday to Friday on both RED Days and GREEN Days

Yes, we deliver Australia-wide using express couriers, and we also ship internationally to New Zealand and the rest of the world.

If you’re in the Brisbane area, you’re welcome to pick up your Key in person—we LOVE meeting our customers!

For everyone else, rest assured that your Key will be specially packaged in our custom-made boxes to protect it from any damage. Our packaging is so reliable that we safely send Keys to America every week, covering over 15,000 km with no issues.

As we began receiving requests from customers asking to replace their stands with a WoodenWares stand, we decided to show just how inferior some of the stands made by others really are.

In photos, they might look okay from a distance, but once you see them up close, it becomes a mystery why they’re priced as expensive as they are when all they do is Damage your Key. You’re paying hundreds of dollars for a Key, only to have it displayed on a cheap stand. It’s like buying a Lamborghini and putting Hyundai wheels on it—the car just isn’t going to look as good!

We recognized this problem over 8 years ago, and from day one, we set out to create a stand that would never let your Key fall off. We care about every detail of what we do. Yes, we do! We offer a range of Luxury Acrylic Keys called "Upscale." Not only are these Keys stunning to look at, but their minimalist design, gloss finish, and mirror trim make them completely unique compared to others.

While others cut corners with cheap, thin acrylic, our Keys are thicker and more durable. Plus, we attach them to our world-exclusive "Click n Connect" Stands, so you can be confident they won’t fall and break before you get home from the Party!

Many of our Keys feature designs inspired by Samoan patterns, but they can be customized to represent other cultures, such as Cook Islands, Maori, and more. Simply select your preferred culture when ordering.

Our Keys are exclusive and unique due to the materials and processes we use. Much of what we do has been created by us, as no one else was producing the high-quality keys we envisioned 8 years ago.

We essentially had to 'invent' parts and spend months perfecting prototypes and designs. We even had the software controlling all our machines rewritten to accommodate our unique and exclusive methods. We take care of everything, from resizing and sharpening your photo to printing, so it lasts for many years—no more worrying about it fading or falling apart! There's no need for you to crop the photo; we handle all the adjustments to make sure it fits perfectly.

Place Order - Received Email sent confirming your Order

Request Draft - Draft sent within 24 hours ( if not sooner )

Cutting - An email and Text will be sent out as your Order is sent to the workshop for creating so you know its underway.

Completion - Once your order has been Completed you will get an email and Text update on this

Ready for Pickup - If you have nominated Pickup you will be sent an email and Text with our Address and Links on how to get here.

Ready for Shipping - If your Order is to be sent to you, once it leaves our Workshop you will be notified of this again by both email and text.

Tracking - Once the Order is on its way with the Courier you will get updated tracking emails
