We had an amazing experience with WoodenWares. Living in Cairns, I needed a custom 21st key for my daughter, and from the first email, Ken’s service was outstanding.
He was incredibly responsive, patient, and accommodating through multiple design changes, providing several drafts until we were completely happy. Despite the back-and-forth, the final key arrived in just over a week and was even more beautiful than expected.
The entire process was smooth and stress-free, even over the Easter holiday. I’ve never experienced such prompt and genuine customer service.
