Loved the key, when I saw it in real life, I was astonished! As I only saw it online. Picked up my sisters key today, was late to my pickup appointment and Ken was very understanding.

Very prompt in updating you with drafting and getting that perfect key for my Son 21st Birthday next month. Even with payment made very impressive and easy to work with. Ken was very helpful and his work is amazing!
I contacted him on Monday as an urgent order and it was ready by Wednesday afternoon, easy to communicate with & replies very quickly and end result is exactly what we wanted. Even has a video on his website to show you where his shop is located. Highly recommended.
