Woodenwares keys were an absolute pleasure to deal with from the beginning. We originally ordered from them in 2021 for our son’s 21st key and we were so happy with the quality and workmanship we knew we would return again for our daughter’s 21st key this year. Ken and the woodenware family are professionals in their business. My daughters 21st key was ready to be picked up early and it exceeded my expectations. Nothing but quality. On top of being very happy with the key I won a monthly competition to receive 50% refund on my purchase for the month of October. My daughter loved the key so thanks again Ken.

Super super impressive and excellent customer service. I made some error on my order and amazingly Ken was super responsive and had another key made within a couple of hours and shipped the same day and we received it overnight.. I cannot stress enough how fast and efficient Ken is ..he was a lifesaver and I appreciate your help and support Ken at short notice.Wooden Wares is definitely the place to go too if you need any keys made. Fantastic quality!Needed a key done with in 3 weeks and got it the following week and the price is so affordable! Not gonna lie, I was expecting something cheap, because of how cheap it was and how fast I recieved it, but it came out way better then I thought it would!The key it's self, the material used, the attention to details then the delivery on top!! I definitely recommend! Ken is amazing!Thank you for making my mums birthday one to remember!

I highly recommend WoodenWares, they provide quality and efficiency in their work and I am super happy with what i received. I had ordered a 21st key for my son and the turn around time was excellent as also the communication. I finally have been able to present my sons key to him over the weekend and the suprise was priceless, he loved it. Received notice that Ken had started on my key as soon as I placed my order. I really value how fast the process was considering the order of the key was very last minute but Ken and his team had accomplished to fulfil the time frame requested. I definitely will recommend everyone to WoodenWares for their top quality keys. After receiving the key, I had won the “50% refund for April” which is a little competition WoodenWares does every month for two random customers. My experience with WoodenWares has definitely been a positive one!

On behalf of my sister I ordered a 21st key for my brother-in-law, they live in NZ. The key was done on a Friday and sent out on the same day, my sister received the key the next Tuesday.My sister and my brother-in-law are so grateful and thankful for your amazing talent, he is loving his key. I'm absolutely over the moon with the end result for my brother's 21st key from Ken! We cannot wipe the smiles off our faces. Ken was so easy and understanding to talk with and happy with the requests I had asked for. He was also very flexible with payment arrangements and timing. We didn't expect to to receive it so soon as well so that was a bonus. Beautiful art work especially with my request for a totem and design for our culture and this is exactly that! Requested to have a key done two weeks prior to actual date of event. Ken done it within 3-4 days. The key is beautiful, has such an authentic and similar tradition to our original keys. They were quick in communication and had us updated of anything that needed change. Quality is perfect.Thanks heaps again wooden ware. Will be ordering again 🙂
